I'm a great listener, very easy to work with,  and love to make people smile!  Every individual is unique. I always take the time to understand each patient's nutrition and health concerns, explain my recommendations, and make sure that the personalized diet plan is working for them.


I truly believe in holistic approach to nutrition.  That's why I emphasize wholesome, natural, and minimally processed foods.  Not fad diets, diet pills, or quick weight-loss tricks.

My roots go to India, where I was born and brought up before moving to the US with my family.


This allows me to have a special expertise in both Eastern and Western cultures and cuisines, especially the South Asian foods, and as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist I've helped many patients develop healthier lifestyles while remaining rooted in their culture & food preferences.

I exercise daily, and maintain an active & healthy lifestyle.

When I'm not being a dietitian, you can find me enjoying the outdoors or dancing away to Zumba or Bollywood music!
